Does anyone have any tips / tricks / experience removing the radiator from an industrial Ford 3400 front end loader? I just acquired this tractor earlier this season and this is my first time working on it. The service manual is not much help in this regard (at least the one I have is no help). I have drained the system, removed the hoses and unbolted the radiator from the tractor. My problem is physically removing the unit. The radiator has a fan shround and with the clearances on the tractor, I have not been able to move the unit out. The service manual instructs to remove the shroud if necessary, but the shroud on my tractor is attached to the radiator with 3 screws on each side of the radiator. Again with the clearances, I do not see how to access the screws. The sheet metal on the front of my 3400 is all welded. I will appreciate any suggestions. My goal is to replace the water pump which began blowing water last weekend. Removal of the radiator is only to access the water pump. Tim
