The cheque, I have been told, is "uttering a false document" the result I have been told, is "fraud". Take the cheque to your local police and write up a report, their form, in their CIS (CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SERVICES) office. That puts this guy on file and they will (eventually) knock on his door. You may get the satisfaction that the gustapo is looking for him all over the place including cross international borders. Big Brother is really out there! I always insist on certifeid funds or cash. The flags should of come up, as they did when he loaded the tractor and you should of pulled it off the trailer. Every tractor I have sold here on YTmag has been sold with full diclosure as to the condition. I only have one in my history that sold to a fella in West Virgina for a so called friend that turned out less than what was stated and I still rue over it. Once you get settled up with this fella, it would be nice to see his name on YTmag as a negative, as so many people have posted before and deservingly so; so we can go on with faith in others.
