My problem here in TX is as Randy says, after a cold night followed by a warm day, when concrete and every thing in the garage is still cold and the air warms up, water condenses on everything in site.This happens a lot in the early spring when the wind comes out of the south loaded with humitidy. I put a gas heater in the garage and turn it on when this happens. Only got to get the garage slightly warmer than outside.
