Ron, the book for model TJD says .030" for plugs and distributor points set at .020".This is for the 2 cylinder engine....but is probably the same for the 4 cylinder. The plug type is Champion D-16J or AC number C-86...Parts house can convert these old numbers to current numbers for plugs. Hope yours hasn't been stored outside...cause the exhaust valves seem to stick and freeze and I broke off three head bolts removing the head and had to drill and tap...be careful! The Teledyne Company has a website and sells books for their engines. They are in Tennessee and maybe someone will post their website address. L8R....Fred OH
