That is all good advice. If you don't keep up to date and get infected, most versions of Klez will disable you virus scanning program, make changes to the registry regarding the McAfee/Norton software, etc. You should follow the instructions from McAfee/norton etc. to get rid of it properly. It copies subject lines and names from existing emails and then sends them out, so people receiving them think they are legit.
