You might want to try airplane tires. They are 18-20 ply and hold up very well. I have a set on my Batwing mower, and my 12 row corn planter and have not had a flat in the 7 years they have been on them. If you get Fastline there is a company that advertises in there, they sell tire and wheel combinations for most equipment and for front tractor tires. They may seem a little pricey, but balance that against the downtime and the hassle of changing tires.
