Try Champ bead sealer part number 9-655 to seal a bad bead. It is a brush on black gooy stuff. I watched them use it on a rusty bead with second hand tires at Discount Tire, and when I was hand mounting some tires myself I tried it, and it workes real good.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
