If you're partial to farmalls, pick up a 300 or 350 utility (about 35-40HP). Those tractors are about the same size as a 8N or 9N Ford. They were available with live hydraulics, live pto, 2pt fast-hitch, and power steering. The row crop models seem to be priced little cheaper. You can also convert the 2pt hitch to a 3 pt, or you can buy a aftermarket 3 pt hitch for the row crop models.. I just finished restoring my Farmall 300 rowcrop... it's a great reliable tractor. It can run a loader, snowblower, and a finish mower easily. Drop this question on the farmall discussion board. I'm sure they could give you more suggestions on the later models available that fit your needs.
