If I understand right you have the piston and rod removed, and you removed, straightened, and reinstalled the valve, and did it again And the valve bent again and is stuck? In the shop I used to work for we wouldn't have tried to straighten the valve, we would have installed a new one. A bent stem is probably why the valve is sticking, but there are several reasons why a valve would stick. It could have been starved for oil and began melting to the guide, or if it sat a long time it couls have rusted into the guide, or it could have a gummy deposit on the valve stem. Anyway, it bends when the piston hits it. The guide should be cleaned out, if it is a gummy deposit, or rust a small wire brush is made for cleaning valve guides, and the gummy deposit can be cleaned with a carburetor cleaner. You should also make sure the guide isn't too worn, you shouldn't feel the valve wobble when shaken inside the guide, but it should be free to slide up and down without any restriction. The guides are replaceable, too, without much trouble. You will need to lap in the new valve to make it seal against the seat, provided the seat hasn't received any damage. To make a long story short, you need a new valve or a good used one, and some repair to the guide.
