I am gonna say no, even if it is $100 and not $1000. You can easilly get upside down financially in a tractor, the cost of repair exceeding the value of the tractor. I am upside down several times on a '39 B Allis I am restoreing for myself to show. Even though I do not plan on selling this little tractor I have invested much more money into it, not counting my time, than it will ever brimg on the open market. That said, if you want a tractor for your personal fun and enjoyment and do not mind the financial hit than the 9N would be a good one to restore. Parts are readilly available. JMHO, K
