Naaa, not too many deals here around the cities in Virginia, too many part time or wanna be farmers with W-2 incomes that wanna play with tractors. Its crazy, you can buy a 100 Hp 1850 Oliver cheaper than you can a 30-50 Hp tractor in the same age bracket. The new compact tractors around here are unreal too, the new NH boomers and little JD's are all over the place for $30K with a loader 4x4 and a bush hog. Just what every wanna be farmer needs..... Unfortunatly Virginia is becoming a lot like some of the new england states, full time farming is giving way to farmettes and part time retired people with 10 acres and a $400K house. Oh well someday our 500 acres will be worth too much to farm and I can move out west somewhere where there are less people :-)
