Hello Les, The Valley Trader mostly serves the Shenandoah Valley. The state legislation does not consider it NOVA. That distinction falls on the D.C. suburbs. Oddly enough I've seen tractors and impliments cheaper in the Wash. Post a time or two than in the Trader. As for people moving to the country and buying up Ford 8Ns and the such- so be it. That keeps the price down on the bigger tractors that are used for more serious endeavors. None of the tractors you mentioned will keep pace with the tractors that are often cheaper. P.S. there is still some good land values down here in southside Virginia. But don't let the cat out of the bag, huh?
