That's a good idea, Jon, but paper gasket material isn't going to last too long as an exhaust gasket. I would just about bet my bottom dollar that his dealer can get it. Another technician here at the dealership is going to go through his '35 "B", and all the various gasket kits are still available.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
