I understand that situation, but what they're pushing for down here is that you have no control over who goes on your ground to hunt if it is in CRP. It would basically amount to it being a public access hunting ground. I'm not saying that anyone would sue, just that the possibility would exist in my mind. Also, what happens to improvements that are made to allow easier access to hunters and fishermen when the landowner decides to take the ground out of the program. Who pays to install and remove the improvements. All the public hunting areas around here have rock parking lots, rules postings and the like. You can't have guys parking their vehicles along the road to walk in and hunt, and if you let them drive into the property, they will be driving all over it. That was my point.
