A Farmall M could also be had in a dual-fuel model, and I think Allis WDs and WCs could be purchased as dual-fuelers ... but they're too big for what you want. If you want a diesel, you're going to have to go newer than the models you've listed.

Alternatively, you might even look at something along the lines of a Farmall Super A or an Allis-Chalmers B/C/CA. They're bigger than what you've listed, but they can be purchased for less money, and they can do a lot more work. Those Allis Gs sell for a premium, as do Cubs.
