My neighbor has a tree service and that is what he did... He just used the three point hitch to lift the logs and used a U type lift to lift the other end and pulled them out with the tractor. Skidders do the same thing - lift one end and drag Or you could if you had the time - create a lift line.... you tie a cable up to a high point to two trees - with a pulley hook on the cable - then attach the tree to pulled to the hook, winch it up as much as you want...then with another long cabled winch haul the tree up... this what they do in the steep woods where the trees are down below and the road up top....
