I've used muratic acid with great results. Just pour about a quart at a time in the tank,you can add bb's , gravel, or whatever if you like but make sure to not get it on you. Shake it up rweal good then pour it out. Keep repeating the process until the tank is bright and shiny. Usually about a gallon of acid will do the trick.
