I would guess the value to be between $500 and $1000, from what you say, depending on where you are and it's condition. Different values for different sections of the country. And condition has a lot to do with it. Why not ask over on the red (farmall) page? It may be worth more to the family though, as something Dad or Grand Dad farmed with, and you may get a lot of satisfaction from gettng it running good and painted up sharp with new decals. Parts for this are not hard to find, and it is a good tractor.
