I recently "restored" the steering wheel on my farmall A. Degrease and clean, fill with pc-7 epoxy, sand to shape, and paint. Only 4-5 months of service so far, but so far so good. I notice that pc-7 is the stuff shown in the Eastwood steering wheel repair kit.
