50-50 or 40-60, what ever you use, A good thing to do is mix the water and antifreeze in a jug before you pour it in. I had the same thing as you with a 37 A, when I poured in the antifreeze first and then added water to fill it up the tractor got so hot,I had shut it off FAST ! but if you mix it first it should be fine.
