Should I Buy??

An auction coming up in my area has a 1977 Case Model 995 tractor for sale. I already have a small compact diesel tractor with bucket, etc for utility work. I would be buying this Case to plow, tandem, one-way, fertilize, etc on a small (84 acre) farm. What are the main good points and bad points of this tractor. How many speeds, horse power, etc. Was this tractor built by David Brown; since I think they also had a Model 995? Also, what is this tractor worth? Any help/advice would be appreciated.
