I turned one over backward in 1974- it happens instantly! Just bruised one elbow, but this accident is about 80% fatal. Be prepared to release the clutch instantly. There are elements of danger in many things we do. Is the potential benefit worth the risk involved? What can be done to minimize the danger? Lots of personal decisions to be made. I pulled up 4 stumps with a tractor this week- used reverse gear for the major part of the process.
