The relief valve is under the seat. It has a cap with a large hex head on it. Remove the cap and you should be able to pull out the valve with long nose. Besides the valve itself that could have wear or debris in it, there is an o ring around the valve body that can fail. Might want to get a new o ring before you pull it.
