Hubs--Case 400

I have some new 18.5 X 30" Tires mounted on Oliver wheels with 9 lug bolt holes. I would like to use these on a 400 case if I could find some hubs to adapt to the 3" axel on the case. The hubs on these wheels are 2 1/2" for a 88 oliver. Was there a 3" hub with 9 holes made for any of the larger old models?. If anyone knows of any that would fit and where I could get them, your information would be appreciated.
