Smoothen-out Land

My wife inherited 5 acres of land that hasn't seen a plow or disk for 20 years or more. What is the best method to smoothen the land after it is plowed and disked? We must irrigate the land and it must be smooth for the irrigation water to reach everywhere without wasting any water.
I have a MF35 tractor with plow, disk and regular blade.
Any suggestion is appreciated.
