I ordered a part for a motorcycle a while back. I picked up the part (paid $100) and when I got it home it was the incorrect part. The parts manager looked up the part number when I ordered it. I took it back still sealed in the plastic (never opened) and they would not take it back. I talked to the manager and called the Honda home office with no luck.
