before diving in to deep,heater core, water pump,etc, what does temp guage show? sounds like you have already tried some of the easy fixes. try covering 1/4 of radiator with cardboard. Watch temp. to make sure it doesn't overheat. If you still have no heat and temp. is not high try covering half. Sometimes covering grill will not work on a cool running engine, you must put cardboard directly against radiator. I have cov ered up to ninety percent of radiator on cool running engines, but always check temp. until you get the heat you want without making engine hot.
