It's not just private parties who do bad sales, I had a few problems with dealers. The last one that I can remember was a forklift dealer, I can't remember which one, but it was an American brand forklift company. I was negotiating to buy a forklift they had advertised, and comming back with questions to make sure it would be right, and I finally asked about financing it, and they told me it was sold. I have one that I bought in pieces with a few missing that I'm working on as a project inside the pole barn I'm working on as a project. I'm not working on the forklift right now because it is holding up one side of a 12 foot high pile of aluminum scrap I'm working on cleaning for a winter project inside the barn...
