Took a check in Sept-2000 for a running tractor site unseen, buyer was tardy in taking it so I would exercise it on occasion, talk to the new owner about picking it up but he was always sidelined with work.Well, yesterday morning I gets a call, he's coming.I go out, temp about 25F,hit the starter, starts right off, runs awhile but it won't move,he arrives, happy the tractor is running but not moving so we warm up the diff for half and hour and drive the old horse right up on his trailer. He's happy,1 more to add to his collection of 10.Only reason for selling is that it was not my color.Anyway that is the story of a tractor sold through a paper classified word ad.
