Broken bolt

Broken easy out in the ALUmium intake mainfold of a 5.o Chev. Watched this happen on my car. Need a torch and using only the gas heat the broken easy out as hot as you can (dare). Once it is cherry red hit the air O2 value and the high carbon of the easy out will explode out of the hole. A couple of applications of this and the easy out is history. Drill the hole out to where you may get into some threads and using a square easy out after all this heat the little sucker will back out. Use a quality bolt to chase the thread left in the intake. This worked and only took a couple of extra beers at the end to celerbate saving the intake.
