i need a job can anyone help?

I am a 15 year old high school student i work on my grandparents farm on the weekends. I opperate all the hay equiptment and some harvesting equiptment.i work all summer long there. but working for family is not a good idea i dont get paid much for working 12 hour days all summer. i may get 20$ a week i know these are my family but i am getting jipped of my time. i am a very hard worker and also a very safe one. family thinks you will work for free but come on ive been doing thid for 2 summers now and i feel my help is not appreciated. if anyone can offer me a job that would be great. I live in south east Michigan and live in macomb county around 21 mile road. if i can find a job about max 20 miles from here it would be great. thanx for your time. have a great day!
