Two stroke DD with just the mechanical roots blower are considered naturaly aspirated. Engines with a centrifical exhaust driven turbo make them "forced induction". The two valve engines didn't breath like a four valve. The 71's also had a low compression "S" engine and a high compression "N" engine version. If rebuilding always go with "N" pistons/liner/injectors. Max rpm for a 71 series is 2300 but 1800 would be required for a four pole 60hz generator. A four valve 71 with N70's injectors will make 45HP per cylinder at 2300 rpm without overfueling. A two valve 71 series will make 30 HP per cylinder with N60's at 1800 rpm. What's in there for injectors now? She could be set as low as 15 HP per cylinder with S35 injectors.
