My first tractor in 1969 was a John Deere L, I taught myself a lot about farming with that tractor, like what a plow and cultivator was for, and how to put them on and use them. It was really fun using the lever lift like a cheap draft control. I did a lot more with a John Deere H, it was fun seeing how slow the engine could run while still pulling. The AC B had a lot of get up and go. There are a lot more, it's hard to pick.
