If there is no spark after replacing everything in the magneto, you may have a shorted wire in contact with the case. I'm not 100% familiar with the magneto on the F12, I did a F20 in 1970, and had no spark after replacing everything, and I took the horseshoe shaped magnet off the magneto and took it in and had it recharged. It had pleanty of spark, or kick of you are holding the wire. I don't know where to get the magnet charged, and don't know right off how to do it, but it is something I would like to do in a small shop.
