Normally, I'd suggest replacing the needle
and seat if the float floats in a can of gas but,
you 've already done that in the rebuild....right?
Does it leak from the get-go or does it begin
after the engine warms up? If the gas cap isn't
venting then the engine heat could be causing
pressure in the tank.....unlikely, BUT you've
already replaced the needle and seat and/or
the float....right?
