I thought all tires that were loaded with calcium fluid pretty much required a tube. That was untill a rear wheel slid in on the axle of a tractor my boss owns. It was indeed tubeless and loaded with fluid. Had to call out an onfarm tire service guy to fix it becuase we didn't have the equipment to handle the fluid. There must be some way to load a tubeless tire with fluid that won't create problems but I haven't found out the details on how it doesn't rust out the rim. Must be something that I don't know about. Either way you are better off fixing the tire becuase the slime thing probably isn't even worth a try. And I would consider adding tube if at all possible.
