He's right. The car people drive in, get their spot, then sit in their lawn chairs near their car and never move again until its time to go. Half the fun of tractors is hearing them run, so tractor guys tend to start up, drive around, maybe have a parade, etc.- Solution may be to have separate areas, not intermingled, with room for the tractors to move around without bothering the car folks.
