the secret to the whole thing is commication. if you have to leave a down payment on something to make sure it is still there when you get back. an you are held up, then you use the phone alot. i left a down payment on a tractor that i wanted said i would be back in a couple weeks to pick it up, well my pickup went down on me, an it was about a month an a half before i got back to get it, but i called him every week to tell him i am still comin as soon as i get things goin again. he said that was fine. deal was finished in good faith, but i have also paid for a tractor an then went back to get it when i had my trailer an the guy an turned around an sold it again after i had already paid for it. an he had told me it was no trouble in leaving it there. had quite a time getting my money back. johndeeregene
