im glad my state doesnt have that restricktion but i think i would try to get the law changed in such cases-you may find some hunting groups who would back you on this to prevent needless suffering by the deer and the farmer who should have some conscience . maybe the warden doesn't read the rules correctly check on this. then there is always the full moon and no lights approach to moving them or if you are real brave -let him arrest you and plead your case to the judge the court may dismiss in favor of doing the right thing
