In my opinoin anyone who purposely shoots an animal this way deserves the same. Now don't get me wrong, I am not opposed to hunting or the killing of animals. . I just think if a person is going to kill it should be done as cleanly as possible. It is also my opinion that this person deserves what he has been doing to the deer. It is one thing to kill them to keep them out of his crops, it is another to cause them a long lingering death.
