You didn't say what the pressure range of your gauge was, but most small hydrualic gauges are around 0 to 3000 PSI. That means the accuracy at 200 psi is not very good. The real pressure could be 100 to 300, and the gauge would still be within calibration. Anyway, when your flow is sent to the loader circuit, it probably has only one or two spools to pass before dumping to tank. That doesn't present much in the way of flow restriction. When you're going to the hoe circuit, you've got several more spools to pass before going to tank. That will present more restriction, which will show up as a slight pressure increase at the pump. Same goes for line size, number of fittings, elbows, return line size, anything that causes a restriction more in that circuit than the one you're compaing it to. Will it cause a problem? I doubt it, but it will generate heat. And unwanted heat is the enemy of hydrualics. Might consider an oil temp gauge in the return line.
