My shop is similar in dimension as the one you are building. I have 2 roll up doors in the front and 2 swinging doors in the back so I can drive through as Rod mentioned. The guy I bought my place from did not finish the entire shop, but one end is finished and insulated (divided into 2 rooms about 10' X 12'). It makes it nice when the weather is extreme to be able to at least take individual parts into the heated/cooled portion of the building to work on. To me, old tractors are a hobby and a hobby that I'm miserable while doing is more like work. Before anyone starts to think I'm a sissy for wanting to be comfortable, I worked the flightline in northern Michigan for almost 7 years in extreme cold and now I'm in Louisiana working the flightline in extreme heat. My next shop WILL be completely finished/insulated. When wiring, don't forget to add a couple of 220 outlets for a welder. I have cold running water so I can knock most of the grease and grime off before I go in the house--keeps Mama from raising heck. I think Rod covered almost everything else. Good luck with it!
