here in the state of ohio, if you shoot a deer out of season , and are caught you are arested , if done from a pickup or fourwheeler , its gone the gun is also confescated, you have killed one of the states animals, and a fine and cost of the animal replacement , but if you hit the deer with your vehichiel you have hit a wild animal and the state takes no responcebility for it, its not right,
