Rare examples of many tractors are out there. I have always been facinated with those that were mostly rejected initially and then became the standard of the industry. McCormick made a four wheel drive tractor (I've seen one personnaly) but most farmers needed too much ground to turn them around, so innovation had to stew on that idea for a while. The Minniapollis Moline UDLX or Delux cab U model was soundly rejected by many farmers (many units had their cabs removed so dealers could sell them) but yet the remaining examples are coveted. Just look at all modern large equipment, all with cabs and four wheel drive. Though not as rare as in production numbers these tractors were revolutionary. In weighing tractor rare-ness viablility of the company and production numbers should matter to some degree, no offense, `I could build a tractor and it would be a one of a kind, not necessarily a great collectable.' my two cents
