Any good auctions within a day of Albany, NY?

Hi again. I'm looking for a 40hp tractor to put my three point hoe on(Mcconnell Power Arm). Only trouble is it seems everyone around here has a rather inflated view of tractor values.. I spent all day today looking at spray bombed, beat up, bent and welded beaters that were priced like they were restored. The only hope I have locally is a International 350 Utility with a quick hitch for 2300.00.
Are there any good places to find a Good tractor for under $4000 US? Or am I dreaming?
Canada? Ohio Auction?
My N just wont handle this hoe.... surprise surprise!
