Quality is done for, ca-put, no more. CT has turned into Vlu-built, a mostly
mail-order place. TSC bought many of the old Quality stores & is
running them in areas that didn't have TSC
stores - as TSC stores of course. Runnings (a smaller chain of farm supply
stores in the mid-west) bought several
Qualities as well, and is running them as
Runnings stores. I see some parts in my
Runnings store that sure look like they would
