Let's not forget the person's who maintained and serviced the Columbia. They will never have any peace, always wondering if there was something they should have noticed or done better. The ship which was their pride and joy, killed the crew. And now they will be grilled by authorities over and over again, no matter if they errored or not. Facing friends, family,colleagues and themselves in the mirror will be heart wrenching.
