adams leaning wheel grader

i found an old adams leaning wheel grader in a field. i was just wandering if anybody has any info about these implements. it is about 25 feet long and a man rides on the back of it. it is towed by another tractor. it has 4 rubber tires on it and they are capable of leaning to one side or the other by turning a pair of large handwheels on the back of the unit. please reply back and let me know if anybody has heard of these implements.
