The 2140 tractor we have been working on for two weeks now still has no oil flow to the master resevior on the master cyl. We had the master cyl rebuilt but get no oil flow from the tractor through the hole in the backing plate, we can blow thro the holes in the plate and with the tractor running we get oil thru the plate but it is the wrong hole and is blocked off when the master cyl is installed something must have come off inside the tractor. Or there is a port inside the plate that conects the 4 holes together. Has any one ever had this problem. All other hydrauics work well. Should we be thinking of modifying the plate or, what the heck is going on. It worked before we got a hole in a brake line, we replaced that. and we used to bleed the brakes and get lots of pressure. But there is no oil flow any more at the apropriate hole that lines up with the resivor hole in the master cylinder. Even the JD dealers are stumped???
