pj, I don't think that will pertain to me sense I'm not a commercial hauler. I only have to go by Wisconsin law for private use. No license plate on the trailer unless the GVW exceeds 3,000 lbs, ect----. I have been pulled over in the past for not having trailer plates in California and Illinois. They had to contact the Wisc. Hwy. Patrol to find out if I was telling the truth about the license law. Sort of fun when that happens. I don't say "I told you so" but I think they get the message by the grin on my face. :-) Old Iron

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
